Jacqueline Tani, Owner/ Instructor

"I discovered Pilates literally by accident several years ago when I tore my ACL on the ski slopes. Told I would need reconstruction, I sought a second opinion which offered physical therapy using Pilates. This intro left me wanting to learn as much as I could and so I enrolled in a rigorous Pilates teacher training program.  A follow up appointment with my knee doctor one year later left him speechless. I had recovered completely. This amazing result is what drives me to share my knowledge of and passion for Pilates. With determination, hard work, and a positive attitude, I believe anything is truly possible."

Jacky received her Comprehensive Pilates Certification from the highly esteemed Body Arts and Sciences International (BASI) under the direction of founder, Rael Isacowitz. She holds additional certifications in Pre and Post-Natal Pilates, Pilates for Pathologies and Injuries, Pilates for Mature Clients, Pilates Mentoring Program and she is currently working towards completing a Master Program. In her free time, she enjoys walking her two pups, running the trails or mountain biking. A wife and mother (aka referee) of two sons, she incorporates Pilates into her daily routine to keep her happy, healthy and sane. Jacky's technical and precise teaching style can be attributed to her former career in computer science.
