Grace Wathen
"Pilates was introduced to me to improve my posture.   Right away, Pilates helped me become more aware of the way I carried myself and I was hooked.  Then, each time I injured my body during one of life’s adventures, Pilates always got me back on track and out of pain. I found the mindful and alignment specific approach of the Pilates method invaluable and became a certified instructor.  Helping students heal from and prevent future injuries through mind/body awareness is my passion as an instructor.  Pilates is an empowering, lifetime practice suitable for anyone at any age!" Grace has been teaching health & fitness since 1999 and is certified in Aerobics, Indoor Cycling, Iyengar & Ashtanga Yoga, Nutrition Counseling and Pilates Apparatus and Mat.  When Grace isn't teaching, she is mountain biking or hiking with her dog, Atticus.

Jacky Tani
"I discovered Pilates literally by accident several years ago when I tore my ACL on the ski slopes. Told I would need reconstruction, I sought a second opinion which offered physical therapy using Pilates. This intro left me wanting to learn as much as I could and so I enrolled in a rigorous Pilates teacher training program.  A follow up appointment with my knee doctor one year later left him speechless. I had recovered completely. This amazing result is what drives me to share my knowledge of and passion for Pilates. With determination, hard work, and a positive attitude, I believe anything is truly possible." Jacky holds certifications in Pre and Post-Natal Pilates, Pilates for Pathologies and Injuries, Pilates for Mature Clients, Pilates Mentoring Program and she is currently working towards completing a Master Program. Jacky's technical and precise teaching style can be attributed to her former career as a programmer. Jacky spends her free time walking her two pups, running the trails or mountain biking. A wife and mother (aka referee) of two boys, she incorporates Pilates into her daily routine to keep her happy, healthy and sane.

Victoria Bauman
"My interest in Pilates began in high school. I was a competitive runner and Pilates was recommended to increase my core strength, balance and flexibility. So, I joined my mother and grandmother’s bi-weekly private sessions and have many fond memories. As an athlete, I have engaged in various forms of exercise and have found through the years that my body responds best to Pilates. Additionally, I have a background in naturopathic medicine and the holistic approach that Joseph Pilates brought to this form of exercise compliments and maximizes my health and wellbeing. I am excited to share my passion for overall wellbeing through teaching Pilates and helping others reach their fitness goals."  Victoria is certified in both classical and contemporary Pilates methods.
